A deposit can be paid by check if received within 10 days after reservation is made. Remaining balance is due IN FULL upon check-in, only cash or credit card are accepted. Cancellations received outside 30 days of scheduled arrival date will receive a refund less a $25.00 handling fee. Cancellations received inside 30 days will result in forfeiture of deposit. All Cabins require a 2 night minimum reservation and 3 nights during Holidays. Rate Policy Rates are based on specified occupancy per night in cabins and lodge suites. Add $10.00 for each additional guest. We charge for the days that are reserved. We honor reservations only for the number of people you have made reservations for. Cancellations must be made by phone, email, or in writing. No-shows are subject to full charge of reservation. All holiday reservations must be paid IN FULL 30 days prior to the date of reservation.
